How do I sign in?
Install Terrayap on your phone and verify your number. Then go to Sign-in at the top right of this page, and scan the QR code with your phone.
How do I delete my account?
Open Terrayap on your phone and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. For details on what gets deleted, see terrayap.com/delete-account.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are sold through the iOS App Store and Google Play. Manage or cancel them in your phone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Why does the web app sign me out sometimes?
Web sessions last 14 days. After that, sign in again by scanning the QR code on terrayap.com with your phone.
